“sexiest application to date”

Wednesday, April 15th, 2009

Jonathan Schultz, the fine gent who researched FT for inclusion in ID magazine’s New + Notable of 2008, recently wrote an article for MATTER magazine and Material Connexion, called:

Arriving in One Piece – or Two Transportation Designers Stack, Fold and Collapse Conveyance for the 21st Century

Click here to see Freeman Transport and the BMW Gina rolling side by side. I know you heard me.

Open is Open

Thursday, April 2nd, 2009

Our new friends at Open Bicycle are open. From the looks of things this shop/gallery is going to be a welcome addition to the Boston cycling community. Located at 285 Washington Street at the corner of Hawkins, the space was once the home of titanium superstar Merlin and the renovated shop looks amazing. Nothing better than creative folks entering the cycling industry.

Stop by if you are in the Boston area and look out for some Freeman Transport goodies.

Valentino Spedici Zippicelli with his beloved deep dish rims made of the finest balsa wood. I dream of 404s on my next road bike. Maybe for the Rapha Continental ride.
