Our good friend Jeff Frane (of BikeJerks and Stupor Bowl Movie fame) also happens to be the brains and brawn of All-City, both the Alleycat and the Brand, and is throwing the annual All-City Championship in Minneapolis this weekend. Jeff says “this is my chance to give back to the cycling community by putting on a kickass race and party.
