RETURNS
New, unused products with a receipt may be returned for an exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email at info(at)freemantransport.com and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with a copy of the original invoice. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RMA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Freeman Transport will not accept COD packages. We recommend that you insure your package appropriately.

SALES TAX
There is no sales tax in the state of Montana and therefore there will be no tax on any purchases from freemantransport.com

Freeman Transport uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard.
